A thorough postural, mobility and musculature examination of the injured or restricted region to then be fully diagnosed. Followed by direct treatment using techniques including advanced sports massage, manual therapy, and electrotherapy. Often rehabilitation or performance exercises will be prescribed with detailed programming.

 

PREVENT (£69.50)

(60 minutes) (Sports Therapy Treatment)

An appointment for those who believe prevention is better than the cure! A maintenance based session deeply analysing the mechanics of joints, and the state and conditioning of the musculature across the body. That’s related to sports specific individuals, or those who just need to “keep ticking over”.

 

RECOVER (£45)

(60 minutes) (Massage Gun and Normatec Recovery Boots Treatment)

The most neglected, but most important aspect of a training programme. Recovery should be considered as the process that allows you to perform to your maximum in your next session. During an appointment, the recovery tools of a HyperVolt Massage Gun and Normatec Compression Recovery Garments will speed up the removal of Lactic Acid, stimulate greater healing processes and overall freshen the muscles up, all ready for the next big session!

 

STRETCH (£50)

(45 minutes) (full body assisted stretching treatment) 

A whole body assisted stretching session looking to develop joint ranges of motion, reduce musculature tension and increase your overall flexibility. A uniquely developed sequence of assisted stretches that will all you have to do is focus on fully relaxing whilst being stretched past your norm.
